SPOTLIGHTING WOMEN LEADERS IN TRAVEL RETAIL

DFNI is proud to launch the Inspiring Women in Travel Retail Awards, a new awards ceremony recognising and honouring the remarkable contributions of women across all job functions and levels in the travel retail sector and shaping the future of this ever-evolving global industry.

Despite progress in D&I, challenges like the gender pay gap, limited career progression, and underrepresentation across the industry still persists. These awards celebrate women who have broken barriers in travel retail and serve as role models, while contributing to the ongoing push for true gender equality in the industry.

As an important initiative for DFNI, who remain committed to D&I and more equal representation, we invite you to nominate yourself or a deserving colleague to help us shine a light on the extraordinary women who are making a difference in GTR today.

The inaugural winners will be revealed at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, at an elegant awards evening on Tuesday 12 May 2026.
